香港房产：屯门新盘“NOVO LAND第1B期”今日公布首张价单，涉及160个单位，优惠后房价由341.2万元起。
NOVO LAND第1B期项目首批开价极具吸引力，开价贴近对上第1A期，较区内二手房成交尺价低近两成，料销情续理想，势再破纪录成新票王。
若以年龄划分，料“NOVO LAND第1B期”续吸引大批年轻客捧场，料80后、90后及00后买家占比高约8成。
“NOVO LAND第1B期”将购入对上1A期炽热气氛，吸引未能成功入市1A期之准买家，料投资客占比可达3成，另外约7成则用作自住用途，预期楼盘入个单位后尺租可达35至40元，租赁回报约3厘。
相信“NOVO LAND第1B期”短期开卖，8月份一手成交量有望挑战2000宗水平，将按月显著上升。
